Individual Consultation Services

One-on-one sessions include goal-setting, emotional eating coaching, accountability and support.  You can choose from other optional services like guided grocery store shopping, cooking lessons, meal plans and a personalized review of your diet and exercise journal. Do-it-Yourself Healthy Eating Plan

Receive all the materials you need to implement a healthy eating plan on your own including a listing of all the foods to eat and to avoid, a portion guide to take the guesswork out of how much to eat, a do-it-yourself healthy meal planning guide, pantry and grocery lists and easy-to-prepare recipes. Group Classes

You’ll begin with a one-on-one coaching session to identify your specific needs and goals. Materials include everything from the Do-it-Yourself Healthy Eating Plan plus you attend 4 telecasts with step-by-step assistance and Q&A. Classes are recorded so you can listen at anytime. You’ll have access to an online forum for posting questions and for exchanging ideas, recipes and support with other students.
