You can simply follow the Fit Food Coach’s Healthy Eating Plan on your own, where you will be transforming your body by eating real foods that taste great and are fast and easy to prepare or find at your favorite restaurants or supermarket.  In addition to the plan, you will receive daily inspirational tips and recipes for 31 days.

 

Option #1 includes the following materials: Getting Ready for Success Guide to help you set your goals, Healthy Habits to Get you Started, the Healthy Eating Plan with lists of what to eat and what to avoid, the Ideal Plate to teach you portions sizes and how to plan a healthy meal, a shopping guide of what to toss and what to stock and a meal plan with recipes.

Want accountability?  Follow the Fit Food Coach’s Healthy Eating Plan and fill out a daily food log tracking your food, beverages, energy and workout schedule.  At an agreed upon time,we will have a weekly consult to answer questions and for me to offer tweaks to what you are doing to boost your results.

 

Option #2 All of the above AND an online food accountability diary and 4 personalized one on one phone consultations with the Fit Food Coach.

Join a group of fellow health seekers for 30 days, where you will get a 30 minute getting started consult with me and 4 teleseminar training to learn more about healthy eating habits and ways to transform your body.  There also will be an online forum where you can communicate, share ideas and support the other people doing the plan with you.

Option #3 All Components of the Fit Food Coach’s Healthy Eating Plan, plus 4 teleseminars where I will walk you through the program step by step.  These will be recorded so you can listen any time if you cannot make a session.  Each class will include a Q and A session to get all your questions answered.  You will never be alone as you go through this process.  There will also be an online forum where you can ask questions, check in with fellow students and get help, support and guidance.  You will be part of a community to help you stay on track and be accountable for your goals, while giving you support and encouragement.

Here’s what you won’t be doing…

  • Feeling hungry – Now you will be eating 3 meals a day and if you are hungry one optional snack

  • Feeling deprived – Now you will be eating delicious, satisfying foods and you are even allowed  some “cheats” to indulge in your favorite food pleasures.

  • Killing yourself at the gym for hours and hours – Now you will cut down your gym time and increase your metabolism at the same time.

  • Experiencing cravings, energy dips, fatigue, or mood swings – Now you will feel energized and focused.

The best part is that I know this will work for you and will be a plan you can come back to the rest of your life.  I know this because what is currently considered effective weight loss strategies just don’t work.
